Scope
This policy applies to every photo, prompt, message and output connected to a Ramalama order.
What we will not make.
Prohibited content
Do not upload or request any of the following:
- Pornography or NSFW content
- Violence or gore
- Hate speech
- Child-unsafe content, including CSAM
- Deepfakes or impersonation of real people
- Copyright or trademark infringement
Real-person uploads
You must be 18 or older. Upload only yourself, or people who gave you written permission. Do not upload public figures, celebrities, politicians, or minors. Do not upload non-consensual, intimate, or sexual imagery.
AI-specific rules
Do not request face swaps, nudify content, intimate scenes with real people, or fabricated statements or actions attributed to a public figure or to another person without written permission. Do not try to bypass safety checks. Do not present AI output as human-made, a real event, or a recording. Do not remove, crop, alter or hide the AI-GENERATED / AI生成 watermark or the AIGC metadata. Do not use output to deceive, defraud, harass or impersonate.
Moderation
We scan every upload against an actively maintained blocklist. When an image-safety provider is configured, it also scores the photo. A person approves every photo before generation and every output before delivery. A blocked photo cancels the affected order and starts the refund process. We keep moderation logs, including the automated result and the human decision. We may refuse an order before or after generation.
Reporting
Report abuse to support@ramalama.video. Include the order reference, what you saw, and any links. We keep reports confidential and do not retaliate against good-faith reporters.
Enforcement
We may warn, remove content, restrict features, suspend an order, ban an account, or refer the matter to authorities. We apply the least action that addresses the risk.
Appeals
Email support@ramalama.video to appeal. Someone not involved in the original decision will review it.
