When you can request a refund
You can request a refund if we do not deliver, if the final video is unusable and we cannot fix it, if you are charged twice, or if you cancel before generation starts. Request within 14 days of payment.
When we may decline
We may decline a refund after a usable video is delivered, for a change of mind after generation, for a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, or when a chargeback is filed without contacting us first.
How to request
Email support@ramalama.video with your order reference and checkout email. Do not send card numbers or access tokens. We reply within 24–48 hours.
Processing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method through Waffo Pancake. Banks usually take 5–10 business days. A pending status is not a completed refund; we confirm when Waffo reports success.
Three-video package
All three videos are delivered together. If any video finally fails, we refund the entire package and revoke access to all outputs.
Consumer rights and chargebacks
Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights. If you see a charge you do not recognize, contact us first; your statement shows Waffo Pancake.
