Your look stays yours.
What we collect
We collect your checkout email, uploaded photos, order and payment references, generated videos, support messages, consent records, AIGC label records, and technical logs such as IP address, browser and timestamps. We do not store full card numbers.
Why we use it
We use your data to process orders, generate and deliver videos, provide support, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and improve the service. We rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent where required.
Who we share with
We share data with Waffo Pancake for payments and tax, Cloudflare for hosting and storage, APIMart for the disclosed AI video model video generation, Resend for email, and our image-safety provider when one is configured. TikTok loads only when you click a TikTok video. We do not sell personal data.
Storage and security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access is limited to what is needed to run orders. We use encryption and access controls. If a breach affects your rights, we will notify you and the authorities as required.
Retention
Unpaid uploads are deleted after 24 hours. Order photos and videos are kept for 30 days, or deleted after a confirmed refund. Consent records, AIGC label records and transaction records are kept for at least 7 years. Moderation logs are kept for at least 12 months and up to 24 months. Support messages are kept for 24 months.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email support@ramalama.video. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and Singapore. We use contractual safeguards where required.
Cookies and third parties
We use essential cookies for uploads and private order access. Language preference is stored in your browser. We do not load analytics on private order pages. TikTok players load only after you click.
Children, changes and contact
The service is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. We may update this policy and will post the new date. Contact support@ramalama.video for privacy requests.
