ramalama.video is operated by Ramalama. Ramalama is the brand name. We sell one-time AI-generated costume-walk videos. Waffo Pancake is our Merchant of Record and the legal seller at checkout.
A few ground rules.
What you buy
You buy one AI-generated 9:16 MP4 video for the template and photo count shown before payment. The video is generated from the photos you upload. No subscription, account or credit balance is created.
Price and billing
Prices are shown in USD before payment. Waffo Pancake calculates and collects applicable tax. Your card statement shows Waffo Pancake. The price at checkout applies to your order.
Payment and delivery
Payment is authorized at checkout. We deliver through a private order link and email within 48 hours after payment and complete photos. Delivery times are estimates, not a guarantee, except where required by law.
Refunds and cancellation
If we cannot deliver a usable video, you can request a full refund. You can cancel before generation starts. See the Refund Policy for the full process and timing.
Your photos and permissions
You must be 18 or older. You must be the person pictured, or have written permission from every person pictured. Do not upload public figures, celebrities, minors, or non-consensual imagery. You must hold the rights to the photos and outfits. We record the consent version, time, IP address and user agent when you accept these terms.
AI output and IP
Videos are generated with the disclosed AI video model. Every MP4 carries a visible AI-GENERATED / AI生成 watermark and machine-readable AIGC metadata. The order page, download response and delivery email also label it as AI-generated. Do not remove, crop, alter or hide the label or metadata. Output may contain visual artifacts and may not match the photo exactly. You own your output, subject to the rights of others. You grant us a limited license to process your photos and deliver the video.
Acceptable use
The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms. It lists prohibited content and our moderation and enforcement process.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, who processes it, and your rights. Waffo Pancake handles card data as the payment processor.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is. We do not promise exact likeness, costume changes, or third-party music rights. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
Termination and suspension
We may suspend or cancel an order for breach, suspected fraud, prohibited content, or legal requirements. If we cancel without cause, we refund unused prepaid amounts.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these Terms and will post the new date. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ramalama's country of residence, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. Contact support@ramalama.video.
